3. How To Cook Brown Rice Pho Noodles
Step 1: Bring suitable water level, big botton pots to a boil (Normally use 2.5 litre water for 250 gr rice noodles).
Step 2: Add pho noodles to the pot once boiling, add more 1 to 1 and 1/2 tablespoons salt and oil stir to separate it and prevent sticking then keep heating in lower fire level to avoid the broken one.
Step 3: Cook it uncovered for 5-8 minutes, start checking for doneness 1 minutes before the suggested al dente time.
Step 4: Drain the pho noodles, stir with olive cooking oil to vegetables oil to avoid sticking together.
