WHAT IS UMIKAI? IS UMIKAI GOOD?

Umikai is a 100% calcium ion powder extracted from natural oyster shells using a proprietary Japanese ion technology. It is a unique product currently available in Vietnam.

Umikai, a powder product for preserving and washing vegetables, fruits, meat, and fish, holds strong legal standing. It is manufactured using Japanese technology and has received certifications from both domestic and international organizations attesting to its safety and quality.

1. Wash away dirt and debris from food.
2. Mix 2 grams of Umikai with 1 liter of water.
3. Soak food in Umikai solution for 10-20 minutes.
4. Remove, drain, store or cook immediately.

No need to rinse with water after soaking.
